Message: I really like this place. I decided to come here because I went somewhere else to get my yorkie puppy's first shot. She wasn't herself after the shots. She was diagnosed with upper respiratory infection due to being overdosed. He gave her oral medication and she got better. I now take her here for the rest of her shots. The staff was nice and answer any of my questions. I will continue to come here. They also allow you to reject any treatment you don't want to do. They accept care credit, which is a plus for me.

Message: I think animal hospitals get a bad rap because their prices and fees surprise people. My poor dog ripped her nail off and had to get it surgically removed. They were able to take her the day after I called/ she was seen within 5 minutes of us getting to the appointment. They did not demand to keep her overnight (like some places do) and they only did what was absolutely necessary for her. They were gentle and respectful to her and were kind and professional to me. The ONLY reason I am giving 4 stars is because the doc has a significant language barrier and didn't understand my questions which was frustrating because I wanted to know what to expect from my dog being under anesthesia. He also kept making comments about her weight saying she is too skinny for her size and that she probably has parasites (which I know for a fact is not true). She is a SHAVED 10 month old standard poodle who weighs 39 pounds which is actual a very healthy average weight for a female standard poodle her age. They are naturally skinny dogs.. maybe he isn't used to seeing them shaved? Anyway I can also tell you for a fact that prices are hiked up pretty significantly, however it wasn't a big deal for me because my dog has insurance. The bottom line is they took good care of her and now she is safe at home and healing! I will definitely go back again if my dog has an urgent issue or injury.

Message: Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Treated myself and my daughters dog prince with dignity and respect. Staff responded quickly when requesting Prince health documents. Staff also did and excellent job with Prince hair cut, when I took him in he was very matted. Staff was professional and kept me updated about fees due to the extra work that was need to make Prince beautiful again. Highly recommend!

Message: I was a bit skeptical after reading the negative reviews.. However, we were left without options, because everyone was booked. Our Nana is a 12 year old pitty rescue, she was limping and not wanting to put weight on her back leg. Everyone was VERY friendly and professional.. She did stay over night at our request due to time waiting on the results, and they were very accommodating. They did bloodwork and x-rays, gave her pain medication and chews to help keep her comfortable.. Some people complained in their reviews, they were being charged for what they thought was unnecessary.. My feelings are, I'd rather pay it up front and KNOW what's wrong, then to get minimum treatment and have to keep going back which ends up costing you more in the long run.. All the treatment was necessary and gave us the answers we needed. The Dr. I can't remember her name was very nice and thorough in explaining our options. We had a great experience. If there were ever any issues before, they seem to have everything worked out now.
